knew it would have more importance here and as for the motherlode...well, one day when they open the photo archives of the NY Times, which was located on 43rd Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue, and The Daily News, which used to be on 42nd Street and 2nd Avenue, we'll be in real heaven then because that's real motherlode, pictures of the city way back when, like the 40s, 50s and 60s.
