It's 2:44 AM and they're buzzing still...creepy...
SERIOUSLY!!!!! I see them like almost every night from my living room looking towards the east river. i am thinking of going to the precinct down the block to at least get my inquiry recorded, if not answered.
Yesterday from like 4:30-6:30 was the worst that it has been in some time....
