I am sorry, this just makes me want to hurl. Bring back the junkies to pass out in the doorway of this place, arms still tied off and needles hanging from their veins. Then it'll feel like a real neighborhood again instead of Overpriced Cloudland.
this bldg is fugly & obviously conceived when mortgages were free. there are so many choices, why anybody would pay top dollar to live in vanilla is beyond comprehension.
Let me count the ways in which I loathe the person that may purchase this apartment.
There are not enough Ciao for Now cupcakes to alleviate the obvious lack of sunlight in the middle of the apartment.
Stupid layout, stupid idea for a building.
And every person that lives there now has a bitter beer face, perhaps from the lack of satisfaction in their condo . Just sayin"
Chappaqua is a better investment.
