Well, since you can get a few, it is in fact $2.99 for each 500 calories... Which isn't all that good of a deal, compared to some other things you can get
you are corret!it's like "al coats cut in half"i envision a rack of half coats.such is our language.
Not bad, if you figure a normal diet is 2k calories, you can get all your eating done for the day with 12bucks. I wouldnt suggest it, but you could. But then, if you are the type of person that eats 4 McRibs in a day, you prob dont hold to a 2k cal diet.
@Hey19. I'm actually more curious about the sodium content. Enough for a week?
I have to confess, I'm secretly excited about the McRib, I haven't had one in years.
The real question is, what does the rib come from. don't you think they would be bragging if it was beef or pork? "all-real BEEF McRib! Only $2.99! And get a $1 sweet tea!"Are those water buffalo in Asia rib-able?
@Grieve oh man, I dont know, but to be fair, the sign doesnt say 2.99/XXgrams sodium; or fat, for that matter.
The McRib sandwich has 980 mg of sodium, which is 41 percent of the daily recommended value, and 70 mg of cholesterol, which is 23 percent of the daily recommended value. The McRib sandwich offers 44 grams of carbohydrates, which mostly come from the bun and make up 15 percent of the recommended daily value. It also offers 11 grams of sugar. The McRib sandwich has 26 grams of total fat, which is 40 percent of the recommended daily value. It also has 10 grams of saturated fat, which is 48 percent of the recommended daily value. To the McRib sandwich's benefit, it does not contain any trans fat.
