It's definitely a joke... whether it's funny is another question.
Ha! I fell for it. Actually, Flint, MI would be an interesting back drop to show some of those kids what the real world is really all about. I doubt most of them would survive.

Disliked "Destination Bar" before, absolutely hate them now.
