How much you want to be those 2 Cooper residents used to think B Bar was the greatest place to hang out, inspiring conversations like, "Hey! Wouldn't it be great to live across the street so we could come here every day and never have to worry about getting a cab home?" As summer is starting, I wonder how much noise will be blaring from the 2 Cooper rooftop.

Those who live by the Yunnies die by the Yunnies. No self-respecting EV resident would set foot in that a**hole infested place.

I just reread the definition of a Yunnie, and now I know why that dude in Ben's deli yelled at me the other morning, 8:15 no less. I rolled my eyes at him when he moved 1 step back from the papers so I could crouch in front of his incredibly small bump in his trousers. I had said "excuse me" , yet he didn't deem me worthy of two steps back. I rolled my eyes and this short, angry little precious man yelled at me. After reading the yunnie definition I get it, Creepy.
