In Tompkins Square Park, not everyone appreciate the corporate sponsorship for last night's screening of "Raging Bull."

I agree with the graffito.
Does every damned thing have to be turned into a garish marketing nightmare? The whole neighborhood has gone middle class.
Bloomberg didn't sponsor this free movie in the park, a new mega-entertainment corp did. And this chalk writer would begrudge them a few kiosks? Imagine when the writer discovers (if he/she attended) that his/her free image can be used to promote this new venture!
MIDDLE CLASS! Oh no! You mean there are people who work hard and are neither rich nor poor?
Does it matter if it's sponsored? Who else is going to pay for it? These movies are a lot of fun and I could care less if the people throwing it have a ton of money. At least they're providing something free for the neighborhood that brings people together for a good time.
