Noted

On East Sixth Street. The sign is a little confusing. Can you only use one of these items at a time? Or two of three?

Haha, I used to have to unplug the refrigerator and turn off the lights when using the microwave. Finally just got rid of the microwave.

lighten up, evgrieve is just making a joke. if youlook closely, somebody tried to proofread the note to be more legible, also correcting a lot of spelling mistakes.

most old tenements probably still rely on 15 amps per circuit, and 15 amps * 120v = 1800 watts max before the circuit trips. your hair dryer uses about 1600w right there. a microwave needs about 800-1000w. a cheap friedrich air conditioner, the kind you find in many lower end tenements, uses about 500-600w.
