Billy Hurricanes??? Really??? What an awful name for a bar. It would be horrible in Myrtle Beach or Las Vegas or Seaside Heights so it is doubly horrible in Manhattan.
at least they didn't use mlk's likeness.
I hope their neighbors print up this post and take it to the next community board meeting.
I live next to Billy Hurricane's and I have no complaints. They are much better neighbors than the previous tenants and a lot of the other bars in the neighborhood. Their bouncers do a great job keeping the sidewalk clear and the noise to a minimum.
