But seriously, I hope when Mayor for Life is out of office we'll get a new mayor who isn't so eager to get down on his knees for the transient and tourist dollar at the expense of what's left of our neighborhoods.

Not a Bloomberg fan but what does he have to do with it? Whoever the landlord is leased the space to 7-11.
