[Updated] Chloë Sevigny has a buyer for her East 10th Street home

The Post reports today that Chloë Sevigny has sold her one-bedroom apartment over on East 10th Street. The asking price price was $1.7 million. Per Streeteasy, the apartment is in contract.

No word on where she is moving... perhaps she will stay within the Community Board 3 boundaries to stay in contention for a board seat.

And kinda randomly, we're coming up on the 17th anniversary of the "Kids" release, which marked Sevigny's film debut.

Updated:
The deal fell through, and the house is back on the market, per Curbed.

I saw one of the Olson twins checking out 123-125 E 10th a couple of days ago. Maybe she settled for a one bed.
