Yeah, I'd happily give my dog to someone whose email handle is whiskeytrain69.
I am tempted, but my girlfriend would slaughter me! The dog stays, for now.
Shelter fees are pretty reasonable, especially considering what they include (spay/neuter, microchip, immunizations etc.). If you can't manage adoption fees, how are you going to pay for food, vet bills and the like?
Or is this a crusty (crustie?) looking to expand their menagerie? No bueno.

@9:31. Ditto. If this individual can't afford shelter fees, he or she certainly will not be able to afford the proper upkeep of a dog.
