(a) This building sold for $5.35MM LAST YEAR. The owners are have had too much of the neighborhood crack.

(b) The apartments listed on streeteasy all had rents in the $3K per month range. How is that rent stabilized??

Apartments can be stabilized at any price... that goes along with the tax abatement.
