Chloë Sevigny's East 10th Street home in contract — again

Last summer, it looked as if Chloë Sevigny had a buyer for her East 10th Street garden-level apartment. But! The home re-entered the market in the fall, as Curbed noted. (Turned out that the deal fell through because of a death in the prospective buyer's family.)

According to Streeteasy, the listing entered contract last Monday. And, given the Streeteasy history below, looks as if she might end up with more than she was originally asking in May 2012 ... must be the closets.

Couldn't possibly think about this without combining it with adjoining upstairs unit.

No Slide.....No Glide.....No Deal!
