I know what you did this summer

The Barracudas with "Summer Fun" from 1980. Good song. But! Worst. Lip. Synching. Ever.

Great video. Don't know how you find this stuff. After the Skids now the Barracudas. You must the only person in the East Village who remembers these bands other than myself. Barracudas song is kind of a copy of the Members song The Sound Of The Suburbs. On YouTube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pc6hbiNVfbw

In the late 70s a lot of UK "pub rock" bands jumped on the New Wave bandwagon. I would categorize the Barracudas and the Members in that genre. Some used to call it Power Pop back in the day. Great songs still though.

Thanks scottiman.

I love The Members. I'm not as familiar with The Barracudas outside this song. Wish the video was a little better quality...better to see the hilarious lip synching!

I'm pretty sure that was Milli Vanilli singing on backup.
