Rent a parlor floor on East 14th Street

There's a parlor floor for rent at 325 E. 14th St. between First Avenue and Second Avenue … directly above the Crocodile Lounge

Cushman & Wakefield has the listing… all uses considered at the moment… the asking rent is $7,500…

And the listing has some of the loneliest still-life photos that we've seen for some time (or ever?)…

Who the hell doesn't want to pay $7500/month to live directly over a bar on 14th St?

Ummm - so in that last image, are those two little things cut into that wall supposed to be doorways for human beings? Or do you just crawl through them when you're too drunk to stand? Inquiring minds want to know.

I guess this place is zoned for commercial use right?

Parlor floors usually had 14' ceilings I believe. I think those are actually normal height doors. Great space but dreadful "location, location, location"...
