A look at Eleventh and Third's expanded lobby

Oh, just noting the recent reveal at Eleventh and Third, the 12-floor building that recently went through a top-to-bottom luxury renovation (on East 11th Street and Third Avenue).

Workers have been expanding the lobby and adding a second level on East 11th Street...

According to the Eleventh and Third website:

Whenever you are coming or going, the lobby caters to comfort and convenience with casual seating, power stations, WiFi, espresso machines, and, of course a 24/7 concierge.

Eleventh and Third indulges in some nonsensical branding

Rebranded 'Eleventh and Third' will have rentals upwards of $10k

Oh, no, how has anyone EVER lived without an espresso machine in the lobby?! This oversight must be rectified immediately in every so-called "luxury" building!

Further proof of the infantilization of the East Village - living in a rental is just dorm life continued; apparently the spoiled brats can't even make coffee for themselves. Whaaa, I want my coffee NOW! (Because, as you know, it's impossible to find coffee anywhere other than in your dorm's cafeteria or in your building's lobby.)

To me it looks like a huge 2nd floor loft with a garage - that would go for millions.
