At least that limo wasn't honking his horn at the sidewalk telling you to get out of the way, unlike those CitiBikers ringing their bells while riding on the sidewalk telling the pedestrians to get out of their way, because they're on a CitiBike, which entitles them to ride anywhere and anytime at any direction!
