Stunt parking rules are now in effect on East 7th Street

[As previously noted via Derek Berg]

As previously noted, several motorists had the ability to capably maneuver an impressive shoehorn parking job between the dumpsters on East Seventh Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue.

Well, no more, stunt parkers... there is now some kind of rope fence in place...

This should help you...

public service announcement from paddy523, folks be REAL CAREFUL when parking near a big dumpster!!! They pick these things up at all hours and if a car is blocking them, they will do all kinds of damage to the "offending vehicle"!!! Puncturing 2 or 3 tires, cracking windshields, put a hole or 2 in the radiator are just some of the things I've witnessed!!! This has been a public service announcement from paddy523!!!

I get why they're blocking it off but it's bullshit that there is so much space between the dumpsters. Fuck those guys. Take up less space or let cars park.

Glad to hear! I just got an acai smoothie in a dumpling in a hoof with a $17 scoop myself! At the beer store!

Losing our parking spaces is just another tax we are forced to pay to the developer class.

Put the fucking dumpsters next to each other. Who gets two dumpsters!?? Cart one off and return it. You don't get two.

nygrump,

The existence of so many parking spaces is another hand out to the upper classes from the working class. Public space taken by private property.
