They should put this sign up on 2nd bet A and B as well. It amazes and disgusts me how these "owners" let their dogs crap all over the block in which they live, and just walk away without the common courtesy to clean up after them. I think we know who the real animals are...

Yes, the new trees they just planted last week on E 4th st. are already filled with dog shit.

After 1978 the law is "pick up after your dog" not "curb your dog."

I believe it is the opposite, a lot of the people that walk their dog(s) on my block 12th a-b don't live on the block.

I always direct my owner to the curb, where I do my business. I'm a good dog! The human...she has to work at it.

The law is to pick up after your dog, since 1978... Not curbing your dog.
