Yes especially since Parks Department understaffs maintnance crews in Tompkins.
Well, let's not blame this mess only on the city.
Maybe, just maybe, citizens could find another place to properly dispose of their trash, or better yet, recycle it, instead of throwing it on the ground.

Eh, why waste the money? There are plenty of suitable LinkNYC kiosks into which this trash can be stuffed.
Yes, removing the other trash cans from the park was a spectacular idea.

Now you EV denizens know what Queens park goers see on a daily basis.
It's the 'someone else will clean this up' mentality that seemingly crosses all class boundaries. And wherever these things go, you get exactly what's pictured here.
Nobody wants to open those fucking things. Get a normal trash can.
