How many (bic...Just more stupid waste by this city.<br />How many (bicycle lock-up) poles did they just jack hammer out of the side walk a couple years ago, at tremendous financial cost. I live in a small building and wonder if they contact the building's owner first or just start drilling one morning and that is that.
