Can you explain to me why it was vacant for so many years? Something was clearly "confused" "difficult" usw with that townhouse that nobody bought it in more than a decade. I've lived near 10th Street and Fourth Avenue for more than 20 years. The character of 10th Street between 3rd and 4th avenues (south side) was architecturally destroyed years and years ago when the facades of most of the buildings were covered over. The building planned for the corner looks ugly, but I'll wait until I see a final design. It would appear that lots of architects went to the lego school of design.
