Most new ventures are bound to fail less than a year. What's the purpose of opening a new place when it will shut down soon? <br /><br />It's a crying shame, but most places can's subsist with exorbitant rents. Even if I had the capital to operate a business, which for the record I don't, I would never waste my money or time If I did have the resources.<br /><br />It's too much energy, stress and anxiety. The city is rapidly changing and often feels like a suburban sprawl. I can't count the numerous FOR RENT signs once occupied by boutiques, cafes and restaurants. <br /><br />Very sad times we are living in. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
