They don't even send an investigation team unless the cyclist is deemed likely to die. And even if the motorist is clearly three sheets to the wind, the prosecutor has to prove that his intoxication was the cause of the collision. <br /><br />Hilarious that the cabbie sped off, then thought better of it and went back to make a statement. I'm sure he'll be just fine.
