There are so many Indian restaurants for the novice eater 5 blocks away on 6th Street, so I am not sure why they should be chastised for trying to branch out and offer different things. I get what they are trying to do but they should offer misala, vindaloo, and a few other staples. It's not so easy to turn the novice indian food eater into a more experienced one.
