I had to return and barely tasted gazpacho juice that was drowned in salt (and I love salt) and undrinkable. THe staff had to pass my returned portion around as if *I* were on trial - finally to come to the conclusion that it *could possibly* be a little salty and that I could have a partial refund as the bottle was only 85% full!!

I mean if you are going to charge people $8 to $11 for an 8 oz. watered down juice at least treat them bloody well!

I'll take my juice elsewhere thanks! Way too expensive and the staff at the 1st street location is rude and/or spaced out, generally speaking. The staff at the 10th street is stand offish, as if their doing me a favor by taking my order.
The one good thing they offer is fresh almond milk or hemp milk made to order, reasonably priced. But the holier than thou staff was annoying, and ultimately I decided I don't want to put money in the pocket of people like that. And they most certainly are trying to saturate the EV. I overheard one of the "investors" in the 10th and A location tell another employee his goal is to become a millionaire as quickly as possible, and if that means selling TJP out to Starbucks or another large corporation, all the better.
Now, that's all fine and dandy, but they are definitely not just another juice bar. There is a reason for their rapid expansion, and it's about makin' millions A.S.A.P.
Support Lucy's and Liquiteria. I know that not being consulted by Starbucks for their assy planned juice-bar domination brought him down, but he is too good for them anyway.LvVnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-1231254733336166522012-08-13T11:19:08.674-04:002012-08-13T11:19:08.674-04:00@LvV I love you.
