It's such a powerful force of nature that it's often used to manipulate people in very easy ways. The Red Cross does this with return envelope stamps they send you. The donation rates skyrocket.

While this might be a simple case of "it's just chocolate" my guess is that at least one or two tenants might "think twice" about suing or disturbing the landlord "you know because they were so nice to send chocolates"

Don't fall for it.

Sally Psychologistnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-49571858686835909442015-09-24T07:24:48.423-04:002015-09-24T07:24:48.423-04:00Gojira,

I can't tell you how many times I've heard loan officers pitching these deals to the credit officers. "It's a goldmine! He's got regulated tenants in there now, but he's gonna get them out, and then the sky's the limit!"Atomic Manhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06794043023108045574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-74262074489687634452015-09-23T22:52:26.257-04:002015-09-23T22:52:26.257-04:00@Anon 12:40 PM: The super?!
