Scaffolding finally comes down at Third Avenue and 13th Street
This scaffolding was up for at least two years.
Last spring, Cafe Deville and Cosmic Cantina were named two of the worst outdoor tables at Eater. (Be sure to read comment No. 11.)

ReplyDeleteHi Jill...Yeah, they did it like sort of whitish-grayish color...then threw on a few coats of brown...Nice and drab!
ReplyDeleteHooray! I've lived on this block for a while now, and the difference without the scaffolding on either side (13th & 2nd was covered for a bit as well) is amazing.
