Re the Ukrainian National Home, behind the restaurant is a large wood-paneled room where I had my wedding reception in 1993. It was wonderful - the staff were friendly and plied us with great food, there was a big dance floor lit by old chandeliers, and after getting hitched down the block at Middle Collegiate Church, it was nice to have a mere two block walk along Second Avenue to the reception!
ReplyDeleteLove that church sign!
