  2. This is one of the few decent developments to emerge from our long real estate boom / NYU invasion nightmare. Ease up. At least it doesn't look like it was designed by a four year old mom's empty shoe boxes, like most of the recent dreck to clutter the village skyline.

  6. the whole thing looks intentionally "ironic" -- like it's making fun of the "edgy" 2cooper sign in the background and all that other instant "cool" stuff geared towards rich kids with the font, etc.
