However, commentary that is intended to "flame" or attack, that contains violence, racist comments and potential libel will not be published. Facts are helpful.
If you'd like to make personal attacks and libelous claims against people and businesses, then you may do so on your own social media accounts. Also, comments predicting when a new business will close ("I give it six weeks") will not be approved.
I have seen this guy before - if he catches you taking his picture he asks for money.

ReplyDeleteIf I saw this guy with his cat in the hat, I'd ask to take a photo & would gladly give him money if he said the money will be used for the cat!

ReplyDeleteHe often hangs out in front of Penn Station and gets a buck from every tourist who snaps a photo, and there are many of 'em. Beats having to work for a living.
