the mystery lot (13-14 sts 2-1 ave) was city owned, used to be a play lot for the 13th street kids, leased by the then active block association. kids grew up and moved on. few kids there now. folks involved also moved on. few people now have any interest in continuing the hassle of the lot. don't think it was sold.
