Gotta say Grieve that I welcome outdoor dining as long as they are putting in all the restaurants why not. Plus every once and a while can have a smoke with dessert and coffee (circa pre Bloomberg) thats one really great thing about Paris. Can sit and people watch for hours. The rows and rows of out door seating. The Bowery the new Rue Saint-Denis with Les Deux Magots
