I saw one lone Sanitation Man emptying the trash on Avenue A. The prevention of flying missles is very important.

ReplyDeleteI saw the guy tying this earlier. At first I was thinking how it wouldn't do a thing, but it looks like he was pretty thorough, and it looks like a much better strategy than just tipping the bins over and putting them right next to buildings.

ReplyDeleteI daresay those living in the caribbean who read EV Grieve (no doubt numbering in the millions) are having a chuckle at this.
