ReplyDeleteSounded like he'd stolen a cell phone. He was shouting "they got me off a description of someone else", but he definitely tossed something small and black while he was being chased.

ReplyDeleteI saw the whole thing, and the cops weren't rough. I mean, he was fighting them the whole way, even when they were putting him in the car, but they weren't using excessive force. He seemed stunned that people went after him. The lady cop was the fastest, by the way. Go lady cop!
