MTA shutting down the whole damn system starting tomorrow at noon

    The business people I've spoken to today are furious. It's just not possible for many people to go without transportation, especially when they rely on it for their livelihoods.

    It's odd...the storm clearly isn't going to get here before Sunday am, so why not run the trains at least until Sat night?
