    I am not sure who pays the bill but in regards to charging. I once saw some crusty's open the bottom little door of a lamp post and charge their iPod in it....

    geez most people have phones even if they don't have much else. have you people no compassion or does it just feel good to criticize those who are less fortunate?

    Crusties are basically Juggalos with better aesthetics. It's a subculture of really damaged mostly-youth. So what if some of them have dad's platinum card? Clearly dad didn't give 'em more important things. I don't envy or resent them (at least long as the junkies among them dispose of their needles properly)
