Joe's Bar closed again

[Wednesday night around 10]

Joe's Bar on East Sixth Street had just reopened... there was the DOH visit... and ongoing health issues for Joe.

Several readers pointed out that Joe's was closed again on Tuesday and Wednesday nights (and last night, though many places were closed for the holiday) ... We hear that Joe might be turning over management of the bar to the staff...

    Hoepfully this is just a holiday closure. I was in there last week and was told all was well. I guess time will tell.

    I heard that Joe's health has taken a turn for the worse. They were closed last night. Liz & Jamie have basically been running the place, so hopefully they'll continue to do so.
