    I think that guy is the "performance artist" who has been doing a schtick there the past couple weeks. He really wants to be noticed baaaad. Why doesn't he stick to anonymous internet posting like the rest of us?

    He's here for two reasons:
    1) His parents raised him while constantly telling him he's unique and should follow his dreams, which he has taken to heart and now needs attention.
    2) Nobody notices anymore when you do these things in McCarren park (or any other part of White Brooklyn).

    That is the white dress man who had a play, "Love come out of the butt" last year. He is at bowery poetry club mondays for the open mic.
