ReplyDeleteAssuming this is (was?) a rent-stabilized building, do the owners have to remain committed to keeping the apartments stabilized if it has to be torn down or significantly remodeled?
ReplyDeleteI lived in this building for nearly 9 years - 5th floor and 2nd floor. Landlord owns Peter Luger. Scum.
