ReplyDeleteI love this place! I joined in1983. I am still a member, and sit on the board that governs this park. Anyone wishing to become a member please contact Green Thumb to get involved. My relationship with this place is the longest involvement that I have ever had with something! invested 29 years so far. I am proud to have been a part of making this green space a fixture in the Lower Eastside. It truely is El Jardin del Paraiso (the garden of paradise. Yay Paradise!
