    2) 'I am so tired of being called the worst mail deliverer in New York...let 'em deal with this!'

    Two other possibilities...

    1) really messy identity thief.

    2) A sanitation work went to lift the bag and it ripped open. Sanitation worker says "fuck it" and just moves on.
