[Updated] Reader report: Starbucks closed on Second Avenue


Interesting message via EV Grieve reader Bayou earlier this afternoon:

The starbucks on 9th and 2nd has been closed by the city for operating illegally.

i didn't have my camera. does that mean it didn't happen?

    The Bloggy Sphere says the Bucksters had expired permits for their sidewalk "cafe." Looks like they'll only be down for a day or two.

    Whats a starbuck?

    You would think a store called "Starbucks" would sell starbucks. It's false advertising.

    I see a store called "Shoes", and I assume I can buy shoes there. This is just deceptive.
