Cant car-ownership obsessed wealthy New Yorkers rent a space at a metro North station, and spare a Manhattan neighborhood a blank garage door on the sidewalk, a curb cut, and more traffic?
ReplyDeleteSince the existing property use is a (rather ugly) parking lot, this seems like an improvement. Hopefully the construction isn't too bothersome.
