Also got a report of a downed willow on Sixth Street and Avenue B. Can anyone confirm?

Yes, there's a very large willow tree uprooted and lying on its side in the community garden at Ave B & 6th street.

ReplyDeleteGotta take the dog for a walk, afraid to go outside with all these trees coming down... Dear neighbors: please, please remember to clear everything off your balconies, rooftop decks, and fire escapes, for those of us who will have to be outside at some point tonight.

I was always annoyed when they took down eddies structure... But after seeing that, I understand the logic just a little bit....
