    Since when is 14th Street and Avenue A "the heart of the East Village"? Did someone move the boundaries when I wasn't looking?

    Rarely available? Hasn't this building only been around a few years now? It's not like some grand old building that has been around for 50 years.

    Forgot to mention that this is a Shaoul masterpiece where the first buyers sued for shoddy construction. How many years were there, in total, of scaffolding around this place after everyone had moved in...
