Anyway, retail spaces are available. (There used to be retail here — 99X.) And now the residential portion of the building is on the market. Here's the listing per Bond:

Terrible changes to the front facade. Just terrible. It was a much better building before the renovation. How can builders screw up something that much???

That apartment used to be a Happy Ending Korean Massage Parlor for a few years. One of the better ones around. They fixed it up nice.
