Jerry Delakas on Astor Place this evening… hours after learning that the city will let him reopen the newsstand that he has operated since 1987.

    I know this is amazing news... But please don't forget the guy on broadway and Astor place... The guy is totally cool.

    BRAVO! Congratulations, Jerry! That is great news and a great happy picture. Occasionally there is something resembling justice and what is right being done in this city...
