About the guy looking for a girlfriend

  1. Watch out Pinhead, or else pretty soon Mr. Desperate will be looking for you too!

Anyway I thought this was all just a PR scam to drum up business for his flyer hanging biz? If it is then Pinhead should do his layouts, they could use a little help.

  2. I'm kind of in love with this evpinhead fellow
for "looking to know what tahini is made of."

Also, on 1st/14th today I saw a flyer with this doofus's face that said "need help putting up useless flyers?" I love everyone mocking this douche.

PS, before my comment is not approved for calling him a douche: Moe said he checked out his/her 12-year-old daughter. I think that qualifies as being a douchebag.

  3. If it is to generate business for his poster hanging business, his potential clients should be aware that lots of regular folks, myself included, have taken to tearing his posters immediately down wherever we see them. Not other posters, mind you, just his obnoxious overkill attack. While I was tearing three off the bus shelter on avenue a yesterday, a middle aged woman said to me, "I know how you feel, I would like to punch him in the face".
    So it ain't just me.

  4. I also tear down his posters, and just about any other advertising posters as well. We get enough junk mail through the postal service and email spam; we don't need more on our streets.

You can also report such violators and polluters via NYC:

  5. 2:59,
this is Moe, that was not me whose 12-year-old daughter this skeeve was ogling, that was another poster. It it had been me I might have graced him with a boot up the ass.

My post stated that I did not appreciate this loser absolutely swamping my neighborhood with thousands of his idiotic posters, day after day. He should be arrested and heavily fined for this massive litter campaign.

    Or maybe get a job.

  6. Oh my god I'm so tired of seeing this guy's face. Even in mockery of him. And it's not even an exclusively East Village thing. I've seen flyers in Chelsea too. Is it possible to put a moratorium on coverage of him?

  7. Interesting that he puts his face up everywhere with virtual invitations to punch it.

  8. Are you guys all nuts? Fliers have been stuck to lamp post. etc... for decades, he must be pushing some deep unconscious button in y' all.

  9. I'm living here close to 30 years. I have never seen anyone post hundreds of posters on every conceivable object, every 10 feet or so, and day after day, like this ass does.
It is the difference between someone playing their music, at a reasonable volume and at reasonable times, versus someone blasting their music at 100 decbals for hours at at a time at 3am 5 nights a week.
That second guy has indeed made an enemy out of me, and his other neighbors as well.
So if that is pushing a button, yes consider it pushed.
I love tearing down his crap. So, I see, do others.

  10. "Fliers have been stuck to lamp post. etc... for decades..."

Lots of things have been "done for decades"....that's no justification that they should continue being done.

  12. I love him. I tell you, I love him! And I don't care who knows it!
